30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’llalso need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products/services purchased directly from Conixces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Some products/services may not be eligible for a refund. These include, like one time used items & etc,  but are not limited to:

Downloadable or digital products.
Services that have already been rendered.
Customized or personalized items.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalizeitems), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please getin touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.

The product/service must be in its original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Support@Conixces.com with the following information:

Your name and contact details.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for
any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at Conixces@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping your goods may take longer thanexpected.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.

Cancellation of Service

For ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion.
